The testing process is manual and takes between 1-2 min for each plate to be tested by manually fitting a test gauge inside it to check the radius size of the holes.
To develop a solution that will automate the process of testing and find the radius of the holes accurately and reduce the time by 10x.
A hardware and software solution was prepared , when a endplate is placed under a stand, the grid of cameras will instantly detect the holes and estimate the radius accurately.
The grid stand is calibrated for first time usage and then the details of each endplate will be updated to the database which can be viewed from the dashboard.
